President/Partner

Gary Pepp has a combination of 38 years in the commercial real estate industry. After 25 years of operating his own real estate finance company, Mr. Pepp left the mortgage banking industry to join Bailes and Associates, Inc.  There, he focused on his client's needs for office, industrial and retail spaces while specializing in the medical office field. 

He is currently President/Partner of his own business, Physicians Commercial Real Estate Services, which focus on representing tenant/buyer physicians and their real estate requirements,  Gary's Company  is in partnering with CAP (Cooperative of American Physicians) to service their  their 12,000 plus physicians as their tenant/buyer representative.

He studied at California State at Long Beach and Kent State University in Kent Ohio.

Gary is a Navy Veteran who served with the Fighter Aircraft Squadron VF 194 on three separate tours of duty on board aircraft carriers in the waters of Viet Nam

Partner and Managing Broker

 The majority of Arlene's professional career has been with Tishman West Management as Vice President of Leasing and with Tishman International Companies as Vice President and the International Portfolio Manager. Her responsibilities included the marketing and leasing of more than three million square feet of office and retail space. In 1989, she was affiliated with Kennedy Wilson and for three years focused on large commercial and multi-tenant asset sales. In 1997, she rejoined Tishman International Company to oversee the USA management and leasing activities for the portfolio nationwide, including responsibilities for the acquisition and finance of new properties in the United States as well as the market research, financial analysis including purchase and sales negotiations. She was also responsible for the supervision of the leasing activity for the Sofia Airport Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. 

Mrs. Pepp is a licensed California real estate broker and has been specializing in commercial real estate for more than 30 years. Arlene has completed all of the accredited courses in the prestigious CCIM program.

Arlene is a charter member of Women in Commercial Real Estate in Los Angeles and spearheaded the merger of local state charters into what is no Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). For two years, she organized major fundraising events for the YMCA Childcare Program.
